For us, Express is definately not on our top 5 places to shop, but we always take a peak at their new collection whenever we go to the mall. But 4 times a year at their End of the Season sale, we definitely are guilty of rummaging through those bins and racks. They have nice classic pieces as well as trendy pieces.
